Hi Terri,

Here in St. Clair County we use videoconferencing technology in the classroom every day. This past year we had more than 300 events involving over 11,000 students. These events range from virtual field trips, class to class collaborations, national events, and author programs.

Sadly, I don't use any videoconferencing in my classroom currently. I had in the past when I had the connections and the equipment, but my new district is still in planning stages when it comes to going forward with VC. Hopefully I'll have a small webcam this year so I can do some small connections.
