I just did a search on this site to see if the announcement below was posted, but didn't see any indication that it was. Apologies if this is old news:

Last week, I sat in on a webinar--led by David Rose, co-founder of CAST--solicited input.
Note the there is a link on that page which actually directs you to Tech Plan's site; where users are enable to offer further input.
