I recently received my Moodle Certified Course Creator Certification (MCCC) form Moodle.org. I HIGHLY recommend getting this if you use Moodle in your class.

Mary,
Yes, you can. Back up the pieces you want, then import them into another. Or, you can just import, but be very careful to take only what you want.

Wondering if I am able to copy an assignment/resource from one class to another without re-entering the information?

Yes, you can import from one course to another (look in the Admin box for Import). However, the importer must be set as a "Teacher" on Both of the courses - the one going to and the one coming from.

Anne,

Thanks for the invite.

Is is possible to copy and/or share courses? If someone has created a Moodle course for, say, Algebra 1, can it be shared with other instructors. Why reinvent the wheel?

Does any one have a moodle online learning set-up for teachers on how to use the moodle in education. Thanks in advance.

Jim, you are so right, look outward not inward. Just think if this passes, instead of getting this great fresh blood on the Board you will have the same people running again. Makes no sense.
