Probably nothing new...
Hi, Everyone,
While researching my paper for CEP 810 on interactive whiteboards, I ran across this website:
http://www.brainpop.com/educators/blog/
It has videos, games, and activities that are designed to use on interactive whiteboards. I watched a testimonial video that showed that this is an amazing site. I hope to look into it more carefully once I finish my homework.
Another site my students really enjoyed was:
http://kids.nationalgeographic.com/
There are variety of activities, games, and information presented with beautiful pictures (of course, it's National Geographic), action, and sound. The sound part can be a bit much so be sure everyone has headphones. (Actually, this year we are including headphones and a thumbdrive on suggested school supplies for our school. )
