One to One implementations in 2 districts.
Media Specialists as integration coordinators - they do the research and provide constant PD.
Integrating 8th grade tech class with core subjects in a PBL design, to help teachers understand the use of tech in teaching and to support the learning that is happening in core subjects for the students.
Mandatory whole day PD on technology - some core sessions required, then choices for other sessions.
Leadership from superintendent down for technology.
21 things - not as favorable, too many things to learn and too many topics in a short period.

Great day for my introduction to the tech/curriculum day meeting.
Thank you Ron, MDE staff, MACUL and all others. Very informative, a lot to soak in and figure out how to apply, comply and infuse.
