HELP!!!! Who has done, or is doing the final IT project?? I need help! I have been approved for a topic but I am wondering what is this about a poster? What needs to go on it? What needs to be in a binder? DO we need to have both?? What are peoples expereinces with this .....

At the bottom, there are links for planning and organizing your poster presentation.

There are also examples of prior students' posters on this link. Check those out. They will give you some idea.

As far as the binder, I plan to include all of my surveys, rough drafts, research pages, etc.

It's really not as bad as it seems. I completed the project in December. Your binder should highlight everything you've done over the course of the project: The needs assessment, the surveys (pre/post), the design document etc. Yes, you should have the binder which will be more comprehensive in a paper format and an actual poster/board. If your project can be shown on your lap-top that will provide an excellent display of your work.
