HTML editors like Microsoft Frontpage can create links in different parts of a picture. You should be able to do this then point the hyperlinks to the answers.

Without knowing much about your project, I would suggest using the “lesson” module. It allows the teacher to set up specific tasks and does limit the students ability to progress until they have completed a prior element of the lesson correctly. I...

I have not done this before, is there a program for it? Thanks for the reply.

Brian, I think you would need to create the file in flash, exe, or another program, then upload to Moodle. Anne

There is a PDA theme in Moodle. I had a teacher try it out.... the problem is we couldn't figure out a way for it to be one theme when accessed by a mobile device, and another when accessed via a laptop.

Just downloaded Alice, does anybody have any formal lesson plans as to how to use this in class. I have tried it today but I am a little unsure as to the best way to use this program.

Alice makes it easy to create an animation for telling a story, playing an interactive game, or a video to share on the web. Alice is a teaching tool for introductory computing.

I recently received my Moodle Certified Course Creator Certification (MCCC) form Moodle.org. I HIGHLY recommend getting this if you use Moodle in your class.

Hi Bryan,

With your work in Education Technology, I recommend you take a look at Wiziq's virtual classroom and authorstream's power point presentation platform. Both are web based platforms, have a bunch of features and free basic service. Here’s a public class recording you might find of interest.
