My 2nd grade is doing a play... split into 4 groups. They are making a scene and characters then will record their parts... making a short video. I have an idea on how this will work, but, would like to know if anyone has done this before or know ...
It really sounds like you don't need a blog at all Lisa. I'm assuming you want this material to be easily found by students and parents, and if you do that on a blog, it's going to be continually pushed down, and eventually relegated to the archiv...
My kids are just beginning to use the Wiki. They love it though and love the possibilities. We are about ready to share our stories on there - they each have their own page. There are others out there with much more on them than I have right now. ...
Thanks Ben. That is what I was thinking, but wondering if it could get confusing for the kids.... what to go to when kind of thing. I have seen other blogs where the students report on the days happenings, and it is quite simple... but then others...

Getting there....
I have been non-stop this weekend looking at all the great stuff I got from the conference... and then some. I almost forgot I do have to get up in the morning and teach 2nd graders.... although they are easily enteratined. :-) LOL I am on my way though. I am using many resources and am putting them together for teachers in my building. I want to have a "one-stop shopping" for them to use as as resource. I just developed a Wiki for the teachers so we will see how that goes. All for now....

Too much great stuff!!
I have been here at MACUL Spaces for a couple weeks now and am so intrigued by all the great things going on here. There is so much information to take in, but it's all good. I am beginning to do a lot of interesting tech stuff in m classroom, including starting a Wiki. I have also began using a lot of he free Web 2.0 sites as a way of integrating my students' work into their lives at home and at school.
