I just installed Alice 3.0 beta. It is amazing. There are a ton of new methods and the actions look so much more REAL! Fun.
Group for those interested in professional development and teacher education.
This group is designed with the hope of increasing communication between schools and educators who are, or would like to be, in a district that offers each student personal access to a computer devoted to increasing educational opportunities.
If you go by the information on the website it looks like they are on schedule for a summer release in 2009. This release will be Alice 3.0. I hope it all goes as scheduled.

@kelley I have never tried the storytelling version. Does it look much different? Does it seem more kid friendly?
