The Future of SIG TC is today...

I'm not sure how I feel about this. My own flesh and blood, proudly displaying his sweater vest for anyone to see. What's nexgt a beanie and a conversation about how much he loves to "tweet"? It may be cute now, but someday he will either be embarassed by it or recall it as his "first of many such sweater-vests."

Why my wife likes the MACUL conference...

This year was my 6th MACUL conference. The workshops are AWESOME, the "hallway conversations" are fun, the networking is meaningful, and my wife gets a new bag. Let me explain...

I think it's great that MACUL takes the time to choose a handsome conference tote bag that is really handy for all of the vendor "prizes" and literature about their products, and the endless supply of pens. Teachers in the vendor area of a conference turn into some kind of "conference-geek" stuff-collector, as psyched… Continue

Don't be so modest, Michael. You might not consider yourself to be a moodle guru, but you are quite knowledge when it comes to manipulating the platform.

I hear you are the god of all things moodle. is this true? I am looking for information especially on security and confidentiality with moodle. I'm always looking to pick people's brains to find out the extreme limits of the moodle

Thanks Michael, its good to hear from you. I have been so busy since I joined MACUL space that I haven't had a chance to invite friends. I have a couple people in my 811 class that started this weekend that work in Pinckney. We have been comparing technology access in the different school districts. Hope to find more time to get acquainted with the space and the great comments that people post.

Thanks Michael. I look forward to having time to look through all the resources you've shared with me. Yes - I do want to stick together and be part of this very knowledgable bunch of folks (like you) - I'm hoping it will all start coming together and show up in what I can offer the kids.

HAha... of all the people I got comments from... it figures that the only person I know is the only person to spell my name wrong...

Thanks for inviting me to this space.

Seriously? I'll send her my bag--not that I don't *love* the MACUL and MVU logos!? I think your wife--name please :-) --needs to have her own website!

There are also a huge amount of videos on YouTube about this Wii Interactive Whiteboard System. Just search for IR PEN, or if you want to see me make a professor of myself search for "nerd ir pen".
