Michael,

Sorry I missed sending you a welcome message when you joined back in Sept. But when I ran across your Social Networking @ EMU Ning site, I recognized your profile picture.

Interestingly, I found that site by reading your comment on one of the recent SETDA posts on Dangerously Irrelevant. Nice comment, if I might add, I concur.

Welcome to Michigan, Michael, and thanks for the kind words about the MI-LIFE program. We were thrilled with the response from the administrators in the state and I see this as a testament to the need for professional learning for our school leaders. If you want to discuss our program, let me know. We're always looking for more instructors!

Thanks, Ben. I'm delighted to be here. I am very new to Michigan so I hope MACUL will give me to opportunity to meet many teachers and to get a clear sense of what they are doing in the classroom.
