Blogging from Sparta, Greece

Well, I am in utter amazement because I am currently in Sparta, Greece (about 4 hours south of Athens) visiting relatives and I am in a little house in the village with no air conditioning and, yet, I am connected wirelessly to the Internet from my Aunt's kitchen. I brought my computer with me thinking I'd get some work done and when I turned it on I connected to the Internet. So, in addition to being able to work while everyone is napping, I can communicate, get my email, and even IM with fr

The offer sounds intriguing. Thank you. I taught Computer Applications for Administrators through the UA for the last two summers. We can correspond later as your program grows. I am not surprised there were over 400 applicants. I will stay in touch. You may also contact me at mmcvey@emich.edu

I read your piece on LeaderTalk this morning. Excellent response for such a valuable resource. I am new to the state but was active in training leaders when I worked in Tucson at the University of Arizona. Best of luck in your project. I will be making references to it during my MACUL talk in Macomb in a week's time.

Marion - your organization for Mi-Life was done well. As always you have a great gift for producing what it worthwhile for the learner. I look forward to being part of this.

Hi Marion,
You are going to have to give Kevin Galbraith some grief. He posted today the same information that you posted on May 26. I'll have to get in my cop car and arrest him for being late and repeating info.

Hi Marion,
Thank you posting the information about the 2007 U.S. Innovative Teachers Forum. I just finished a student podcast project by collaborating with 2 other teachers. I think we will fill out the application and see what happens.
