Instructional Strategies for Using Mobile Computers in the Classroom
Elliot Soloway, Arthur F. Thurnau Professor, The University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, and
Cathleen Norris, Regents Professor, University of North Texas
This lab identifies ten instructional strategies that take advantage of the affordability of laptops, mini-laptops, and cellphone computers, Participants will then use what they have just learned to plan lessons and projects, based on their own existing curriculum, that use the ten strategies. A round of sharing and critiquing will follow.
