Goals for 2008-2009 Schoolyear

I would like to accomplish the following for 2008-09

submit a project for the Thinkquest Competition
have students write to a blog or wiki
learn and use VoiceThread

I really need to setup my communication with home, which is almost always my most important goal. Each year I get a little better with letters home and message on my school site. I also need to step up how often I update my page, and find a way to easily move massive amounts of student work to the web in an easy to download fashion.

I'd like to see teachers other than ELA use blogging, podcasting, and wikis
Encourage staff to use Google Docs when working on committees and when formulating common assessments
